Huxley Associates, a UK recruitment consultancy company, opened an office in the heart of Brussels a year ago to serve the IT, Accountancy and Finance and Global Markets sectors in Belux. In its first 12 months in the country’s historic capital, the organisation has learnt to adapt its English business model to suit the cultural differences it encountered and has since found the economic conditions to be very favourable for business.
